By A few weeks ago, I posted about my non-negotiable soft mornings. In it, I specifically outlined that I do not take work meetings prior to 10:30 am unless Oprah is calling. The irony was that at the time I wrote that, I was also manifesting becasue low and behold, a few days later, Oprah called…well emailed…and not Oprah but her people….but same diff!
This past week, I had the amazing opportunity to sit down with THE Oprah Winfrey and the phenomenal Harvard Professor, Dr. Arthur Brooks to chat about my absolute favorite person in this world, my son, Tristan! It was definitely a moment of vulnerability for me to discuss something so personal on an international platform but what I got out of it did my soul good.
